We’re not doing this one. When a 26-year-old gets indicted on seven felony counts including aggravated child molestation, aggravated sexual battery, and aggravated sodomy against a minor, that’s not gossip — that’s a horrific criminal case involving an alleged child victim.

Kim Zolciak-Biermann’s eldest son Kroy “KJ” Biermann Jr. was indicted by a Fulton County grand jury on September 3, 2026. The charges: aggravated child molestation, aggravated sexual battery, aggravated sodomy, false imprisonment, and three counts of sexual battery. These are life-destroying allegations. If convicted, he faces decades in prison and lifetime sex offender registration.

The arrest happened back in July. The indictment means a grand jury found probable cause to proceed to trial. Zolciak and her husband Kroy Sr. (currently in a messy divorce) have not commented publicly. Their silence is the only appropriate response.

We don’t do “sassy” takes on child sexual abuse allegations. Neither should you.

What do you think? A) Media should cover this with gravity and restraint B) This belongs in a gossip column
