Since when did having a conscience become a crime? Papoose’s eldest daughter Dejanae Mackie is absolutely NOT having the internet’s judgmental nonsense, and honestly? We’re here for it.

Let’s set the tea, babe. After Papoose and Remy Ma called it quits, the rapper apparently got close with Olympic boxer Claressa Shields. Now, instead of joining the Remy Ma fan club in dragging everyone involved, Dejanae decided to be a decent human and remain cordial with Claressa. Radical concept, we know.

But the trolls? Oh honey, they came for her HARD. Apparently staying cool with someone makes you a “flip-flopper” in Internet Land, where loyalty only exists in black and white extremes. How utterly exhausting.

Dejanae clapped back in a video that’s been making the rounds, basically telling these keyboard warriors to mind their business and let people live their lives. She served unbothered energy that had us LIVING for her maturity. This girl understands something most of Twitter will never grasp: you can support your dad AND be kind to other people simultaneously. Revolutionary!

The internet’s obsession with forcing people to choose sides is absolutely unhinged. News flash: families are complicated! People can co-exist! You don’t need to burn bridges the second a relationship ends. Dejanae gets it. She’s choosing grace over drama, and that’s literally the most grown-up move possible.

Meanwhile, Remy Ma fans are still fuming, but Dejanae isn’t losing sleep over it. She’s living her best life while these trolls waste precious energy trying to police how a family should behave. The audacity! The entitlement! The sheer lack of self-awareness!

What we’re witnessing here is a young woman who refuses to be dragged into adult messiness, and frankly, we need more of this energy. She’s setting boundaries with the internet AND maintaining her relationships. That’s queen behavior, periodt.

What do you think? A) Dejanae is absolutely right to stay cool with everyone B) She should have picked a side like a “true” family member
