Is settling a lawsuit really the same as being innocent? Because honey, Simon Leviev is out here claiming “total vindication” after reaching a settlement with the Leviev diamond family, and we are NOT buying what he’s selling — shocking, we know.

Our favorite fake billionaire scammer is doing laps around his penthouse convinced this legal victory means he’s been completely exonerated. Sweetie, a settlement just means everyone agreed to stop fighting about it. That’s not vindication, that’s damage control wrapped up in a designer bow.

For those living under a rock, Simon Leviev became absolutely infamous after the Netflix documentary “The Tinder Swindler” exposed his elaborate catfishing scheme where he posed as a wealthy diamond heir to fleece unsuspecting women out of millions. The man literally borrowed a family’s entire legacy without permission — and now he’s trying to tell us that paying them off equals innocence? The audacity!

The settlement with the actual Leviev diamond family puts an end to their legal battle, but it absolutely does NOT erase the fact that this guy spent years pretending to be someone he wasn’t to manipulate vulnerable women. That’s just facts, bestie. No amount of settlement money can glitter over those sins.

What’s absolutely unhinged is watching Leviev strut around like he won a Grammy when really he just paid a penalty for being caught red-handed. It’s giving “I’m guilty but I have enough cash to make this go away.” The women he defrauded? Still waiting for their apologies and reimbursements, but instead they get to watch him celebrate on social media. The disrespect!

Social media is absolutely dragging him through the comments, with fans reminding everyone that settlements mean nothing when your entire empire was built on lies. One commenter said it perfectly: “Vindication would be admitting what you did and actually changing, not just paying to make it stop.” Period.

The biggest question now is whether this legal settlement will actually stop Leviev from continuing to rebrand himself and stay relevant. Spoiler alert: it won’t. This man has proven he’s immune to shame and consequences, so expect him to pivot to “legitimate” business ventures while his victims are still healing.

What do you think? A) Simon Leviev deserves a second chance and this settlement proves he’s trying to turn it around B) He’s just a professional con artist who’ll never actually change, settlement or not
