Is it really a Summer House if nobody wants to stick around? Well, honey, Bravo just gave us the answer, and it’s a resounding NO.

In what can only be described as a casting catastrophe of epic proportions, Ben Waddell—yes, THAT guy from The Bachelor Australia—along with his 29-year-old girlfriend Sabrina Belle, are officially GONE from Summer House after a pathetic one season. One. Single. Season. Talk about overstaying your welcome before you’ve even unpacked your designer luggage.

According to sources who actually know what’s happening (unlike Ben apparently), this isn’t just about Ben and Sabrina’s departure—oh no, darling. This is part of a massive cast overhaul that has Bravo desperately trying to salvage what’s left of the franchise. The 39-year-old reality TV reject and his significantly younger girlfriend are just collateral damage in what insiders are calling the network’s “please God, make this show relevant again” initiative.

Let’s be honest here: if you can’t even make it through ONE summer with a bunch of privileged people in a beach house, maybe you’re not cut out for reality television. Ben, sweetie, there’s no shame in admitting that screaming matches and manufactured drama aren’t your jam. But getting axed? That’s a whole different level of ouch.

The Bachelor Australia alum must be feeling absolutely mortified right about now. Imagine flying all the way to the Hamptons with your girlfriend, thinking you’re going to be a breakout star, only to find out the network is essentially saying, “Thanks, but no thanks.” Sabrina probably thought she was getting her shot at reality TV stardom too. Spoiler alert: that didn’t happen.

Fans are already having a field day on social media, with some claiming they never even remembered Ben was on the show in the first place. Ouch. Nothing says “memorable television presence” like being completely forgettable, right?

The Summer House franchise has been begging for new life, and apparently, Ben and Sabrina just weren’t the CPR it needed. Better luck next time, boys and girls—though something tells us there won’t be a next time for these two.

What do you think? A) Ben deserved better and Bravo made a huge mistake B) Good riddance, he was boring anyway
