Would YOU risk your entire professional reputation by screenshotting someone’s private messages and posting them for clout? Because one logo designer just learned that’s NOT the move, and A$AP Rocky made sure everyone knows it.

Here’s the piping hot tea, honey: Designer Allan Peters thought he could slide into the gram and share a private DM exchange with none other than A$AP Rocky, probably thinking it would make him look important or give him some street cred. WRONG. The Harlem rapper wasn’t about to let that slide without throwing some serious shade. A$AP called out Peters in the most public way possible, basically telling the designer that their professional relationship is OVER and done with. No second chances, no “let’s talk it out” – just pure, unfiltered disappointment.

The audacity! Listen, when someone trusts you enough to slide into your DMs, you keep those messages PRIVATE, period. That’s basic etiquette 101, people. It’s giving “I need attention and validation so badly that I’ll betray trust for Instagram likes.” And honestly? The internet is LIVING for A$AP Rocky holding him accountable because he didn’t even hesitate to call out the unprofessionalism.

This isn’t A$AP’s first rodeo with calling people out either – the man doesn’t play when it comes to his business and personal boundaries. He’s been pretty vocal about protecting his peace, especially with everything going on in his life. Between his music career, his relationship with Ice Spice (who literally just popped out at his tour stop, by the way), and managing his brand, the last thing he needs is some designer leaking private conversations like they’re group chat secrets.

What really gets us is the sheer lack of self-awareness from Peters. Did he genuinely think this would go over well? Did he expect A$AP to tweet back like “lol thanks for promoting me babe”? The delusion! The disrespect! We can’t even imagine having the audacity to share someone’s private words without permission. That’s literally a betrayal of trust, and A$AP made it clear he won’t tolerate it from ANYONE, designer or otherwise.

The moral of the story? Keep your DMs LOCKED DOWN, keep your mouth SHUT about private conversations, and definitely don’t try to piggyback off a celebrity’s name for clout. Because karma moves FAST, and so does A$AP Rocky’s block button apparently.

What do you think? A) Allan Peters was totally out of line and deserved to be called out publicly B) A$AP should have handled it privately instead of embarrassing him online
